The commencement

Since I am in charge I have decided that we shall begin with Shakespeare.

This is one of my favorites:

What a piece of work is man! How noble in reason, how infinite in faculty, in form and moving how expressive and admirable, in action how like and angel, in apprehension how like a god - the beauty of the world, the paragon of animals! And yet to me what is this quintessence of dust? Man delights not me.

The play is Hamlet. The speaker is also Hamlet. Do I win?

You do win! I've yet to decide if you win anything or not, but for now you win!
